Kitchen:

Clean Stove & Oven - Pull out drawer & clean underneath, inside and out

Clean dishwasher inside and out

Clean hood top and underneath

Clean inside, outside , underneath, behind and top of refrigerator and freezer

Clean counter tops and backsplashes

Clean sink and leave with shine, polish all fixtures

Clean floor and all lighting

Wipe out all pantry shelves

Clean front and inside of all cabinets.

Bathrooms:

Clean & disinfect tub and shower walls

Polish all fixtures

Clean & disinfect toilet bowl, tank, base and seat

Wipe down all cabinets& drawers inside and out

Clean and shine all towel bars scroll down here

Clean sink and vanity

Clean mirror

Clean light bulbs and fixtures

Clean floor (if size allows floors are done by hand.

Other Areas:

Vacuum all carpet including corners and edges

Dust/Clean all ceiling fans & blades

Clean all light fixtures

Dust all baseboards and clean any vinyl stripping

Wipe down/clean all blinds

Wiped down/clean all interior doors and hardware

Sweep out storage closet and cob webs

Sweep off patio and or balcony and cob webs

Dust/wipe down clean closet shelves & Tracks

Clean switch plates and thermostats

Clean all cob webs

Clean all vents

Wipe down and dust all utility closets and equipment

Windows and Doors:

Clean windows inside and window sills

(we will clean the outside of any windows we can reach with out standing in landscaping)

Clean patio door inside & out and clean sliding door tracks

Wipe down front door inside and out / clean knobs and hardware

Sweep in front of door breezeway.
